Our units are designed and built for ease of wash down with seamless diamond plate floors that roll up the walls 6 inches. All wall surfaces are smooth stainless steel or anodized aluminum for ease of cleaning. Plenty of fluorescent lighting provides a daylight appearance inside the unit. Our units are available with fully enclosed and easily installed crossover connections for attachment of the kitchens to complimentary facilities, including permanent structures.
