The Client

The Sacramento County Main Jail provides custodial and security services for incarcerated and detained individuals for the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department and other outside agencies.

The Need

The Sacramento County Sherriff’s Department contacted KTG to provide temporary kitchen and cooling systems during a rehabilitation project which necessitated shutting down the kitchen while removing all equipment, replacing all in-slab utilities and reins.

The Kitchens To Go Solution

Upon assessing the requirements of the client, Kitchens To Go provided a mobile kitchen solution. A 53’ mobile kitchen and a companion 53’ mobile cooling trailer with an adjustable wall for customizing the amount of cooler and freezer space, were provided.
