The Client

Eastcastle Place is a retirement community in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This luxurious senior living complex offers a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory support.

The Need

The complex contained three buildings, with the center building being completely renovated. This renovation which involved the main kitchen, required a temporary kitchen facility during the tear-down and construction phase of the project.

The Kitchens To Go Solution

Kitchens To Go provided a complete foodservice operation. The modular complex included a commercial kitchen and dishwashing area with walk-in cooler and freezer. Attached to the kitchen facilities was a large modular building with a spacious preparation area.
