Laney College, located in downtown Oakland, California has been a leader in academic and vocational education for decades.

The Need

Wishing to increase their Culinary Arts Program the leadership of the Peralta Community College District contacted KTG looking for temporary kitchens and bakery facilities to be used during the construction phase of permanent facilities.

The Kitchens To Go Solution

Kitchens To Go designed state-of-the-art Culinary and Baking kitchens to be used as temporary teaching facilities. They were delivered and installed during the Christmas holiday season. These modules, delivered and installed during the Winter Holiday Break.
